Description
The Racker makes racking the slide quick and easy. It is CNC machined from barstock stainless steel for a precise fit.
It not only adds function but looks cool too. Clean installation is achieved by using a dovetail cut that does not cross the entire slide. Detents in the slide are cut in the same setup as the dovetail for precise fit. Two ball detents on the underside of the part ensure firm installation yet still enable you to simply pull the part out when disassembling the gun.
Available right-handed version. The “right” model is for right-handed shooters and extends out the left side of the slide.

Installation Instructions -
Tools required- 3/16 end mill, 0.375 X 60 degree dovetail cutter, 3mm ball nose end mill.
Set up slide level, running lengthwise left to right in milling vise with muzzle end towards the left.
Set-
Y zero to center of slide
X zero centered on the breechface
With 3/16 end mill move to X0.350, set Z zero to top of flat
Cut slot 0.180" deep to Y0.082"
Use 0.375" dovetail cutter in mill, set Z zero on top of flat
Cut dovetail in slide to Y0.082" Z-0.188"
Try to fit the racker in the slide, if it is too tight make another pass with the dovetail cutter.
Use 3mm Ball nose end mill -
Set X0.350" and Y-0.263"and Z zero at bottom of the dovetail slot
Cut dimple to Z-0.015" depth
Move to Y-0.013" and then cut another dimple to Z-0.030" depth
