From time of shipping, most orders will typically arrive at their destination within 1-2 working days for North Island deliveries and 2-3 working days for South Island deliveries. Rural deliveries, bulk orders may take an extra 2-4 working days. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Kore Works Ltd offers a flat-rate shipping of $10.00 on all orders except for orders delivered to rural addresses. This means you can order as much as you like and still pay the same amount on your shipping.

We use many courier partners in NZ & overseas for delivering orders to customers. They include NZ Couriers, Post Haste, Mainfreight, Toll Group and Aramex. The courier partner used for your order is dependent on location, delivery time frame, parcel size and remains at the discretion of Kore Works to select the appropriate courier for your order. We select the appropriate shipping provider based on the size, contents & value of the product ordered. A tracking number will be provided inside the email confirmation of shipping on all orders.

*Same-day shipping on weekday orders placed before 1pm. This applies only to “In Stock” items and excludes orders that require mail order forms, export orders, dangerous goods or orders with special requests. Expect delays in busy holiday seasons.

Orders containing out-of-stock items will usually be split shipped. This means shipping the available in-stock items first, rather than waiting on all the items in the order to become available in-stock, before shipping the order. 

All orders shipped by Kore Works via courier will require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer to have this option disabled, please leave a note at checkout when placing your order. Please note that the signature-required service is not available for rural deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is charged at a base rate at the checkout. Extra shipping charges may apply to large/heavy items. Any additional charges will be calculated after your order is received, and we will contact you for confirmation. If shipping costs are more than expected, you are free to cancel the order for a full refund.

By default, prices on the website include New Zealand’s 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST). International customers are not required to pay GST. Selecting another country in the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page will automatically remove this GST tax from your order. After selecting another country in the calculator, you can return to the shop pages, and all prices should now be shown exclusive of GST.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Any legal obligations required by the country of destination, including any import permits/licenses, are the sole responsibility of the person purchasing items to meet. Please check your local laws and regulations before purchasing potentially restricted items from Kore Works Ltd. The purchaser assumes any loss or expense for failing to comply with local regulations or import laws.
